I used to be a journalist and a restaurant critic. Eventually I started working with a good friend in a project we called Food Organsation of Denmark (FOOD), promoting all those who tried to create a new and improved food culture up here in what the ancient Greeks called Hyperborea: The lands beyond the Northern winds.

I am really very interested in all that breaks new land in the attempt to create a better, more delicious ad sustainable food culture.
